Prior to your closing, Artisan Home will provide guidance and support for certain desired customizations to closets, window shades, audio/visual integrations, lighting controls and wifi with our world-class, preferred manufacturers and vendors.
Post-Closing Alterations Support
For any customization work to your home, your dedicated point of contact is available to liaise with vendors and provide administrative support organizing and obtaining documents from municipalities, including permits and HOA approvals.
Preferred Vendors & Pricing
Artisan Home maintains a list of experienced and vetted specialists for home services, many of whom offer preferred pricing exclusively for our members. Artisan Home will endeavor to ensure that vendors meet the requirements of your association.

Artisan Home members will be appointed a single individual to be your dedicated point of contact for the duration of your membership to provide a personalized and consistent experience from day one.
ONGOING MAINTENANCE AND HOME CARE
Warranty Registration & Appliance Management
Artisan Home will track and oversee your appliance warranties, keeping an index of all serial numbers and warranty duration. We can also perform preventative maintenance checks and maintain an ongoing log of servicing to track reoccurring instances.
Ongoing Touch Ups
Preserving the pristine condition of your home, our careful eyes will identify and address any wear surfaces may experience and will coordinate appropriate maintenance.
HOSPITALITY
New Home Orientation
Artisan Home can perform a personalized new home orientation to preset all functions, appliances and technology.
House Warming Service
Artisan Home can assist in preparing your home for your arrival, which may include presetting custom lighting and temperature, placing fresh florals, window cleaning and preparing mail and newspapers.
Home Care While Away
